Our History

Central Jersey Kidney Care (originally known as A.F. Naqvi, MD, LLC) was founded by its namesake Dr. Azeez F. Naqvi in 2011 in an effort to provide comprehensive nephrology care to the community of Monmouth and Ocean counties. Dr. Naqvi has been practicing nephrology in New Jersey since 1986. In 2022, her practice expanded further after she was joined by her son, Dr. Murtaza Naqvi, and was renamed Central Jersey Kidney Care. We strive to provide high quality and compassionate care to our patients and our on-call physicians are always available - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
